look at the connections from you peddle to the clutch release arm, it is possible that the adjustment rod has dropped off. If not you have some issues with you clutch that will require pulling the trany and maybe replacing your clutch assembly.

YOUR TRUCK HAS A HYDRAULIC CLUTCH SYSTEM
CHECK THE FLUID LEVEL IN THE CLUTCH MASTER CYLINDER ON THE FIREWALL NEXT TO THE BRAKE MASTER CYLINDER
CHANCES ARE IT IS EMPTY
IF SO LOOK FOR SIGNS OF FLUID LEAKING DOWN THE FLOORBOARD OR DOWN THE FIREWALL UNDER THE MASTER CYL
IF YOU ARE LUCKY THAT IS WHERE THE LEAK IS AND IT IS A SIMPLE MATTER TO REPLACE
IF NO LEAKS ARE PRESENT TAKE OFF THE INSPECTION COVER ON THE BOTTOM FRONT ON THE TRANSMISSION AND SEE IF YOU SEE FLUID LEAKING FROM THE CLUTCH SLACE CYLINDER (THE THROWOUT BEARING ASSY)
UNFORTUNATELY IF THAT IS THE CASE THE TRANSMISSION MUST BE REMOVED TO REPLACE IT
GOOD LUCK AND HOPE THIS HELPS
