Medications affect different people in different ways. I know a girl that took plan b 7 different times. The last time she took it, it was too late and she was already pregnant. And she is fine. Another girl I know took it twice and now she has several medical issues.
This would be a subject best discussed with a doctor. Don't be embarrassed to ask a doctor this question. It's their job.

I took Plan B, and after that, got pregnant with my son. After my son was born, I took it again, and later on got pregnant with my daughter. So no, it doesn't affect future fertility.
