no - the hormone that the preg test measures is only there if you are actually pregnant the hormones in the pill relate to your menstral cycle the pregnancy hormones are created when an egg is fertilised.

No..the pregnancy test is looking for a specific hormone HCG that is produced during pregnancy and excreted in the urine. If the test is positive call your OB/GYN's office right away as they may have your stop the pill.
