Dell online have been the best company I have delt with. Not only because of their easy to understand product descriptions. built to your requirments and priorities of what you want in a lap top. their price is the most competive. and on top of all that. When I had a fault on ONE of my four laptops purchased with them. Their after sales assistances was second to none. An engineer calling to my house resolving the problem withing two days of reporting it. I would buy Dell again and again. ( I did compare price and ease of purchase at many many local stores and other online sellors no one compared)

I personally love my HP but there really is no 'best'. It depends on what you use it for. 'Best' to someone who just wants to type MSWord Documents means cheapest. 'Best' to a gamer means fastest. 'Best' to the average person is a good combination of performance and price.

Toshiba, Sony, HP and Fujitsu. Don't buy anything else! No Dell's!! Trust me! Cheap parts = cheap PC

i like hp...it's the 2nd one i have...and the first one (7 years old) still works perfectly
