You need to add a detergent designed for the type of siding you have(vinyl or aluminum) to the power washing. It will probably take more than one application for that much time. Depending on how much build up you had, even washing may not give it a uniform look due to sun aging. The parts covered heavily will have been less exposed to sun aging.

I recommend TSP cleaner, with bleach added if there is mildew or algae. Follow instructions on TSP package. Allow it to soak a few minutes & then try power washer. If it still doesn't come clean, try a stiff bristled scrub brush-- sometimes that works better than power washer.

Castrol Super Clean. It is a miracle cleaner. It will even take permanent marker off of stuff.

when my husband a self employed contractor does a siding job he uses mineral spirits its like a turpentine it will not take the color or harm the siding that should take off every mark or dirt etc you might have
