I think you need to go to someone like Goldman Sachs and get a job as a broker first and build up a list of clients. I've got to tell you as a "sophisticated invester" (a requirement for investing in a Hedge Fund i.e. high net-worth) I would not be inclined to give large sums of money to someone asking for advice on Yahoo! Answers. A better idea might be to try to sell the model to one of the Investment houses and not deal with the work.
