I am a girl who loves to wear stockings even though I am a single below knee amputee what is the best way to wear a suspender belt is it over or under your panties

For practicality under. If you expect anyone else to see them, then over as it looks a lot better. You should choose which way to wear them depending on your plans for the day (or night) ;-).

They should be worn under the panties so you can still use the loo plus you can keep the stockings on and lose the panties if your guy gets amorous lol x

i always wear them under...simply so that its easier to remove the panties with the suspenders still on. Only works if suspenders and panties are the same colour though!

The only way to really know for sure is to demonstrate. I will be first in line to volunteer to assist you in this experiment, simply in the spirit of helpfulness of course.
Though I am male and am of course entirely unqualified to comment, but that will not stop me.
"Under" sounds more practical. And perhaps more fun.
Stockings sound particularly practical for someone who needs to don a prosthesis- and delightful on an amputee who does not.

You always put the panties on last, that way you don't have to fool with the stockings everytime you go to the bathroom or bedroom for that matter. that is one of the big advantages of stockings over pantyhose.
