Harrison is the best WR in Football today. He is Mr Consistant and will get anther 1000 yard 10 touch down season. He is also going against a banged up and below average secondary for the Redskins. Being Mannings Fav target also helps his case
Moss althou probobly one of the most gifted WR in the league does not want to play and doesnt have a qb. Playing against a stronger d.
Reggie Brown has emerged as a great target for McNabb. Althou normally I would say he should start you have to play your Vet's before your rookies
So
I would start Harrison followed by Brown followed by Moss

Randy Moss is a great player who has a QB who can't stay upright long enough to find him. He's still a serviceable low end #2 receiver, but I would start Reggie Brown because until Stallworth is healthy and playing...he's still going to be the Eagles main receiver.

Along with Harrison. I would start Reggie Brown, unless Donte Stallworth is playing. Brown's roll will diminsh significantly with Donte Starting. Monitor his status closely Sunday Morning.
I don't think Arizona can put up the same effort against Oakland that they put together on MNF.

i would go with Brown unless Stallworth is ready to play then i would go with Moss.
Since you have Harrison facing a depleted Redskins Secondary you have the luxury of starting either one and still do well so just go with your gut feeling this week.
Note: Westbrook is banged up so they might pass a lot. Buccs D is not great anymore but they have a lot of talent on that side of the ball.

go with reggie brown. he has mcnabb, who is playing great football right now. Moss in oakland has andrew walter at QB. Brown is the best option.

harrison is without a doubt a must start every week.
Moss is up against the Cards this week, right? He's going to put up numbers this week. I'd start him.
