Send it with a "read receipt" but they have the option of not sending the read receipt back tho.

if you can it will be in some setting that talks about "request read receipt" or "request delivery receipt". Recipients can decline to send receipts, and because of spam, most do. So even if you find the setting it won't help you much.

I am sorry that there is no way of knowing if the message was read/not read/or deleted. I would know ,because i have went through the sent folder in my inbox-went through the trash folder and bulk folder and never saw this or any sign of this.

if you have the paid account you can use outlook express to read your email. in outlook express click on help and search for "read receipts"

in the free account you can't do that

As far as I know, no. Unless you personally ask the person or send them another email, I don't think there is a way.
