I have all my videos in real player and when I try to opened them with windows media player it say's: "Windows Media Player cannot play the file. The Player might not support the file type or might not support the codec that was used to compress the file."
So I dont now what to do, because I want to use the videos in real player to created short movies in windows movie maker but I cant because of this above...Can some one help me in this one? Im desperate!

yes what you want to do is turn a .rmvb (or whatever) into a .wmv so go to http://www.dvdrhelp.com of http://www.afterdawn.com and you'll find the converting software
NOTE the file extensions you want to change FROM and TO and you can do it with shareware stuff, I do it all the time but don't know the rules on here regarding that kind of thing, what I would suggest is to google for "how do I change X to X" etc.
