About a month ago, I noticed a small white bump on my testicles. It's on top of the skin, and if I squeeze it hard enough, a stringy kind of puss comes out. Similar to a blackhead or pimple. Is this something I need to worry about, or is there a creme I can buy to make it go away? It doesn't hurt and it's not uncomfortable, just embarassing.

It's most likely an ingrown hair. Don't worry about it unless it gets bigger or more begin to appear. Then go to a Dr. to have them checked out.

A bump on the testicle is not normal and needs to be checked for cancer. Testicular cancer can result in a number of signs and symptoms. These may include: A lump or enlargement in either testicle A feeling of heaviness in the scrotum A dull ache in the abdomen or groin A sudden collection of fluid in the scrotum Pain or discomfort in a testicle or the scrotum Enlargement or tenderness of the breasts Unexplained fatigue or a general feeling of not being well Cancer usually affects only one testicle.

It's a sebaceous cyst. You probably need to have a doctor lance and drain it so that it doesn't keep coming back. The "white stringy stuff" coming out of it when you squeeze it is sebum, a waxy oil from your skin. It won't hurt you, but, like you said, it is ugly and annoying.

That's caused by an ingrown hair. Women can get them in the genital area too. It helps to keep the hair trimmed down to about 1/2 inch.

any lumps and bumps in and around the testicles or penis cannot be taken lightly . have a Dr clear u. in this era of promiscuity and aids pl do not rpt donot take any chances. dont save a Penny just to repent later. all dont have bumps it is our individual body. dont feel shy.

It is just an ingrown hair. I had one, tooand went to the doc, who told me not to worry and that it would clear up eventually on its own. Trimming does NOT help; in fact, it can agitate or even cause more ingrown hairs.

go to your doctor and get tested for testicular cancer
