I just got my Equality magazine from the Human Rights Campaign in the back of the issue is a article on Cracker Barrel. It says that they still discriminate by not giving health benefits to same sex couples and that they give no sick leave for trans gender people who are going through their operations They scored a 15 out of a hundred.

Better off going to Chili's that rated a 95/100

I love Cracker Barrel. They have great food and comfy atmosphere. Humm, maybe I will go there tonight. It strikes me as a place that gay people wouldnt like. Maybe they are discriminating against Cracker Barrel?

I haven't heard of discrimination against gays recently, but still hear about discrimination against racial minorities. I used to eat there before I heard about this. I have refused to eat there ever since.

I have heard that they will fire you on the spot if they know for sure that you are gay. Seems like there is something in their work manual or some disclosure. Do some searching on line. I know I have read some information on this on line but it's been a while.

Im not sure about all stores, but we have one up in Berthoud and they've always been really friendly to me. And Ive seen a few gay couples in there discreetly holding hands. Im not sure if you meant for employment... probably did... so I can't say there. But again, I think the one here is cool. Theres a waiter there that I'm liek 95% sure is gay.

Ask to see their employee hand book and find the section that states they do. Otherwise I think you just had a bad experience with an individual and not the company.

Maybe they have started discriminating against gays after they stopped discriminating against Blacks. We should sue them.
