that's a good sign. that means the water in your swimming pool is moving. this is caused by the circulation of water by the filter, it means its working. it also, and most likely, is a ripple at the top of the pool, but when the sun goes through it, some parts are higher than others, so some strips have darker shadows than others on the bottom.
