No they do not give UCAS points for your GCSE's.
However, depending on what you apply for, they may allocate some points to certain grades.

For example, if you are applying for pharmacy at a university such as LSOP (London School Of Pharmacy) then in thier mini prospectus, there will be a section in which they give you some vague details about the application process.
They basically want you to assess if there is any point in you applying and they want you to figure out if you'll get as far as an interview if there is plenty of competition.
They will say something like "did you receice a such and such points for GCSE's?" then you answer yes or no, its a flow chart diagram, so it gives you an idea if its worth you applying.
I did have the prospectus, but recently chucked it out!

If you contact the universities, by either ringing or going on their websites, you should be able to request a free prospectus.

Note that the points they give will not contribute to your chances in getting into a good university. However, they may use these details under circumstances where interviews will be taken due to alot of competition.

Hope this helps.
Good luck with the future!

No only on AS levels and A2. Some universities only accept so many points from AS subjects too so you will need to check out individual websites for universtiy entry requirements

No. You get GCSEs on the back of cornflake packets these days, so it would be unfair to get UCAS points and tesco clubcard points as well.
