You cannot and should not try and impose your will on another - it is against the Wiccan Rede..
You can only expect to encourage love into your life in GENERAL by doing a love spell and it should only be used as such.
Please educate yourself on the teachings of Wicca before attempting to do something that you may later regret.

I don't believe a love spell will work. However, if YOU do, then it might give you that extra boost of confidence or whatever that you need to go after him. So who am I to quibble?
My advice though is not to pay for a spell. Find one that you can do for yourself. I think that's the only way it can really be effective. Find a spell online; I'm sure they're out there. If you have to purchase a few ingredients that's fine. Just be sure you're not doing anything crazy. Avoid ingredients like "blood of your firstborn" or anything along those lines.

If you want to do a love spell then fine but think of this, why would you want to be with someone knowing that he only "loves" you because of a spell. That's not true love. Don't you want TRUE love?

The problem with love spells is that you are trying to force someone to love you against their will. If he is the right one for you, you wont need one. You could always try some self meditation and relaxation, maybe you will find that he will come back if it is meant to be. :)
