I have one too...but the potion only comes out with a lot of rubbing and sucking. It's the best love juice out there.

Spell are tricky, and can be dangerous. You should only use them if there is no other way. Give yourself time to calm down and be objective. Maybe this breakup happened for a reason. People also seem to forget that spells do not work like in the movies, you cannot force someone to do something they tryuly do not want to do. A spell may have worked to help bring some reconciliation or less negativity before the breakup, but if he is truly intent on leaving, a spell wont work. Even if you could force him love you, would you want to do that? It would be like having a relationship with you holding a gun to his head. That not love, thats fear and you would know it every time you looked at him. Try this, write a list of all the pros and cons of the relationship and another list of all the pros and cons of breaking up. Include everything you can think of even if it seems unrelated and be brutally honest. Whichever list has the most pros, make that the place you put your efforts. I know this isnt what you wanted to hear but I have been where you are, and it worked wonders.
P.S. My love spell didnt work, and now, looking back, I am very glad it didnt. You WILL be OK. Take care :)

It will take something other than a "love spell" to win him back. If it has been four years, then perhaps it is time to move on. You have to find out what ended the relationship and see if that is a problem that can be fixed.
