i believe that heterosexuals should not have the right to deny homosexuals the right to marry, but personally i say leave marriage to the breeders.

I'd be very surprised to see if there are any who do NOT believe in gay marriage. Interesting question.
I'm not gay, but I'm against it, by the way.

i don't believe in marraige in general. its basically to force people to live up to what society considers normal.......get married buy a house have kids. however monagomy is a relatively new concept. humans are like any other animal we're meant to mate as often as possible its the way we're wired (gay or straight) with as many mates as possible. so we're always going to have the instinct whether we act on it or not........and with upwards of 50% of people admitting they cheat, i'd say an instict still deeply entrenched. native americans had it right, stay together until youre not happy then move on .no animosity no drama. equal division of property and see ya.

not me! I believe I should have full legal right to marry my partner. we are in a committed, monogamous relationship. we live as married. we're registered domestic partners in our city (St. Louis), and we've had a commitment ceremony. we are as married as any straight couple! why should we be denied a privilege everyone else has? I know there are people both straight and gay who don't care about marriage, but for those of us who do, we should be allowed to do so.

In my head, the government can't deny what I will take from them regardless of what they say. When I find a man that I love and want to spend the rest of my life with, then that to me is marriage. I don't need the sanction of a country to know Im loved and married.

Legal, civil unions conferring rights and imposing obligations should be the basis for all marriages, same sex or hetero. Let the people of different religious views decide for themselves if the choose a spiritual, religious or secular ceremony beyond that.

Sure there are, but if you look back in history there were supposedly a few Jews that worked with the Nazis. The very few that I have heard speak out against it have spoken out against Marriage in general.

I don't believe in marriage period. It's no more than a piece of paper that is the hardest thing to get out of. If your with the love of your life as I am then a piece of paper isn't going to do anymore...
