I have the game, I have Gold medals on all of the pratice games. What am I supposed to do now? Is it about getting an A/A+ in the grade for your brain size? What I really want to know is.....Is there anything more to the game?

It produces platinum medals for you to work for - I was suprised by this myself - but it does. The aim is to develop, and keep in good condition, your brain.
