I am a toy dept. manager and the number one item is definitely tmx Elmo! Can't get them in stock and when they actually do come in they are gone in under 5 minutes! Calls every single day about tmx Elmo, WHEN ARE YOU GETTING THEM? HOW MANY ARE YOU GETTING THEM? Who knows? I am so sick of tmx Elmo!!!!!! The second toy so far seems to be the Hasbro baby alive doll (YUCK) can't order any more as they haven't been able to make enough ( thanks Hasbro) . This baby doll is actually ugly and scary not like the original baby alive, this one looks like a big head faerie kinda doll. And of course everyone is awaiting the PlayStation 3......wow the pandemonium they cause with the release of such a few at a time just like with the tmx Elmo. They know exactly what they are doing, they know exactly how to keep the price up, way way up! They can make more than enough for the demand yet they control the demand by limiting the supply. Just watch E-Bay and the prices for these hard to get items, who is willing to actually pay such rediclious prices? I wait until next year and I usually get it at clearance! Except that I did get my TMX Elmo first! A perk of being a toy dept. manager!

Hands down it has to be his Fisher Price mower! Bradley is 15 months old and he loves to mow! Any time he looks outside he says "mow" and he does laps around the yard for a good 30-40 minutes with that thing! It's the first thing he grabs when he goes outside.
