It depends on where you live. In some states you can get your permit at 14, but not most of them. In most of them you have to be 15 or 16. And I think the other person with you has to be over 21, not 18.

If you live in a state where the minimum age to get your learner's permit is 14, then yes. However, in most states this is not the case. Also, it has to be a licensed driver.

Absolutely No..It will get you into a lot of trouble and the other person to..age 16 with a learners permit or license... and a licensed driver .

no they have to be 21 at least at 18 they just started like 2 years ago still like going fast and to race my drivers ed teacher told me but u can at 14 with an adult if u want to learn cops dont even care cops r cool here we till them anything
