If you're like me, they will probably go back to close to their original size...but a little more floppy! I was an A, went to almost a C, now I'm back at a saggy A. I think my nipples went back to almost the original color.
The benefits of breastfeeding definitely outweigh having saggy boobs!

Your breasts will be different, the nipples will stay dark and large, and even if you use a supportive bra, they will sag. Your skin is elastic, but not THAT elastic, because they're inflated so much, they won't ever be perky or shapely again, without plastic surgery, anyway. That's the price you pay when you get pregnant (you don't even necessarily have to breast feed, you just have to give birth). But they will shrink in weight and "size".
Also, don't trust the guys on here, what do they know about being pregnant?

Sorry but no.Everyone is different. My friend had no boobs now she has less,I started at a38b I went up to a38DD and am now a 36 c{ quit breast feeding my last one a year ago} My nipples never went back to the same color. The are not as dark now but they still are not the color they were. Some things you can do though to help Is use the same cream on your breasts as you do on your tummy to help keep the skin soft.and wear a good supportive bra.Unfortunately though, be it one thing or a another they will never quite be the same. But I can say in my experience it was well worth it.Good luck.

Every woman is different. I breast fed and went from a C to a DD. It will enlarge your breasts, no question, but most of us Top out, if you will. I stopped in pregnancy and have never been larger than a DDD. I had a small frame so I know what you mean. Underwire. Underwire. Underwire. And head out to the department store for a fitting. Get an experienced salesperson to measure you for a bra. It makes a world of difference.
I was a fitter before my children. Women are all different. The trick is your bra should not move- no red marks when it comes off. It should lift and the center piece should sit as flat as possible to your sternum. At our size that is harder to find, but it is out there. Von Maur and Nordstroms are great places for fittings.

As you will notice by all the answers every woman is different, but I like RBs answer the best. Take her advice. My wife started out as a C cup when we were married. After breast feeding two children and 33 yrs of marriage, she has gained a little weight, and is now a DD, but has always been, and is still quite high and firm. My wife grew up on a farm, and has always had great muscle tone, which might have something to do with it.

I was a C when I became pregnant, when I delivered I was a DD, since I delivered and quit breast feeding, I am barely a B. But honestly everyone's body is diffrent. The best suggestion the I can make is to eat healty and take care of your body, and don't stop breast feeding abruptly if you can help it, it is better for you and your baby to make a slow and natural transition. Also you can try skin firming lotions after you quit breast feeding, that will help them not to sag. Being a mother is a very natural part of all of us, so just trust your instincts and you will be just fine. I wish you the best of luck with your new adventure!!

Hi! Ok, I think maybe it's different for everyone but during breastfeeding it can fluctuate a lot and I wouldn't think that it will return to previous size as mine did not after I stopped bfing. Having backaches are really common as you approach the end of your pregnancy. The best you can do is sit in chairs that support your back and get enough rest. Your nipples will probably not change in color much.

I know women whose breasts decrease in size and other women whose breasts are the same as before getting pregnant. The nipples will most likely stay dark and the areola will probably stretch.

On my first preg I was a C and went to a D and never went down. You will probably go back down and I think the nipples lighten back up. Of course if you had nice perky breasts I wouldnt expect them to go back to being that way ;) Anything is possible.
Congrats on the preg, and good luck breastfeeding.

I am pregnant with my 3rd, due Jan.11. My first is now 12 years old! Yes, they will get smaller...but expect it to get worse before it gets better. When your milk comes in, they will be huge. And yes, your nipple color will change back as well. They may not be exactly the same as they used to be...but I promise it is worth it!
