Well, if you like those stores you mentioned a lot I would recommend Pac Sun first of all. They may have "skater" brands but the style is more Cali inspired and they have really well made jeans. They have short and long sizes and everything from 00 to size 13 I believe. They also have skinny jeans and other new jeans, and sell some really cute shoes, belt buckles, anything you can think of.
If you want a more inexpensive store I would recommend Wet Seal-all of their tank tops and camisoles are really cheap but usually pretty well made. Their best jeans are only $20.50 and are very good quality.
Charlotte Russe is another great store, especialy for dresses and nice shirts. Not too expensive at all, they also have nice jeans.
Hope I helped. =]

I dont wear name brand clothes because it just isnt worth it. I go to Old Navy and shop the sales. They have comfortable clothes for every occasion and I dont have to spend a lot to look good. Online shopping rocks if you know your size. It takes the hassle out of looking for your size/color/etc. I do have to admit that American Eagle has some nice, comfy and stylish stuff though...

I especially shop on line, at web content that sell outfits that are no longer oftentimes got here across at department stores or shops here in u . s . a . of america. i detect it uninteresting to positioned on what everybody else wears. I shop at some shops that deliver from Asia.

I use to shop at the same stores you shopped at maybe when i was still in high school. But now that I'm older and more sassy, I like to dress in more casual clothes. Stores I love to shop now are:
-Forever 21
-Bebe
-Saks
-Express
-Charlotte Ruesse
-Guess
-Gadzooks
etc.

Fashionable, good-quality and good-value clothes shops. I don't have a particular favourite shop though.

I mainly use
http://products.simplysearch4it.com
http://shopping.simplysearch4it.co.uk
http://www.shopping.com
http://pricecomparison.com
They are all product price comparisons and I find that using these I can quickly find the products that I want plus also find the cheapest cost for that product.
