buy her chocolate, and just be nice, but not over the top because if you do anything irritating it will just make her more irritated, but all she needs is chocolate and someone to keep her happy, and PMT doesn't last long anyway, so don't panic and runaway, but if she wants space if she gets in a bad mood just leave her too it unless she tells you otherwise.

If its severe PMT then your best bet is to stay away, but make sure she knows you are there for her if she needs to have a cry! And if she lashes out at you...then just sit there and take it.....don't take offence and don't get upset....its not her fault..and she doesn't really mean it!!

Treat her with kid gloves. Joking apart, it is very difficult to have a rational conversation with a female suffering PMS. The hormones effect the brain and violent mood swings are common. When she comes out of it, talk her into seeing a Doctor. There are several remedies that might work.

Do whatever the hell she says! keep her happy until it's all over and she's back to normal. Because if you don't there'll be hell to pay, don't worry it's only once a month and i'm sure you get upset like that too sometimes and she has to deal with it.
i find drinking vanilla hot chocloate helps when im on,make her a surprise cup and she'll warm up in no time!

Don't, just give her space. Having seen how men behave when they get a "man's cold", I can't believe they'd behave sensibly if they had to suffer the massive hormonal fluctuations, painful cramps and gushing torrents of blood that women do every month.

Be nice, don't upset her, buy chocolate or flowers.

But most of all - Everything she says or does is right.

Don't argue or answer back, just go with it!

Most of all remember that she doesn't mean it and we really can not help our mood!!!

Good Luck

P.s - If she begins to shout and has something in her hand duck and cover!!!!
