You don't need any license if they are UK legal. If they're not UK legal then save your cash - Customs will confiscate them and could prosecute.

Be aware that if you order over £18 worth you will have to pay VAT and brokerage charges before you get them. This catches alot of people out when importing.

If your looking at regularly impoting for re-sale then you will need to apply for a 'TURN' number with Customs - this will speed up clearance and delivery.

Most impotantly - if you are selling them make sure you declare your earnings with the Inland revenue as Customs and the Revenue have merged - this means they know what your importing and what you claim to be earning and if it dosn't add up you'll get a visit!

No, unless the DVD's involve banned subjects.
It is perfectly legal to import hardcore dvd's as a personal customer, provided that you do not intend to sell them to anyone else, and that they do not include banned subjects.
But, oddly enough, it is ILLEGAL to post hardcore dvd's within the UK, as they can only be bought at licensed sex shops over here.
Note that American DVD's will be Region 1, NTSC so may not play on British DVD players.
If you want to find out which subjects are banned, do a GOOGLE search.

personaly, i think importing is a bad idea because of all the motion the fish can end up dead. But if its somthing you really want to do then if you find a USA site that sells the fish, it should ask where to send it, and just fill out the form, if not that, then go to a fish store near you, and ask them if they can order one, and if they can, how much it will cost. Good Luck!
