do i just delete avast and use the sbc online protection or just keep using avast ?

thanks, yea i have a pop up saying conflicting antivirus' and i wanted to ask before i hit an option.

First of all you can only run one antivirus software. Running more then one will cause serious conflict. You can run three or four antispyware, (depending on how much of your resources you wish to use), and there will be no conflict.

you can try a more secure browser to protect your PC from virus..
i recommand you to use firefox with Google toolbar. firefox can block any any popup and disable any virus and adware, spyware on webpage, so, firefox is much safer than IE browser. as you know, most of virus spread throught internet and webpage.
besides, firefox is much smaller than IE, so it run faster than IE.
