Placebo "Pure Morning"
I think he walks on the side of the building. Cool song, indeed.

Like the guy above me said, it's Placebo's "Pure Morning" from their "Without You I'm Nothing" album. They're British rock band that's huge in Europe and they're currently touring with She Wants Revenge.
