...just what is it that they do?
my neighbors upstate, mow their lawn THREE times a week (whether it "needs" it or not)
my neighbors here...well, they're all pretty cool
(so are the ones upstate...buy what's with all that mowing?)

I don't really have any neighbors...
I guess the one neighbor I have sits on his porch and plays banjo sometimes.

My neighbor is anal retentive about her lawn too. She's cut down all but one tree and if one leaf gets on her yard she has a stroke. She actually had someone butcher some of the branches of a tree in MY yard to "unclutter" things. The branches were cut off so much that they are unable to grow back and it looks really crappy.
Some people are just anal about their yard like that.

I and my neighbors all have gardeners, and they must come by when I'm not home, because I hardly ever notice them.
Just be glad your neighbor takes care of their lawn. There's nothing worse than having a neighbor whose yard looks like an overgrown jungle!

I enjoy a fresh cut lawn, and if I had neighbors, I would be thankful that they cared enough to take care of there's too.

But I had neighbors before that really just got on my nerves..... Would work on their cars at 3:00 AM and stuff like that.
I think they were crackheads.... LOL

Fanatics about their yard or the wife gets in the husbands nerves so bad it is an excuse to get away from her.

I'm lucky I don't have any near by,but the ones I do have that live up the road put crap on their fields each spring and it stinks up the place.

Because they like short grass on their lawn. This should not affect you like it does.Why let it bother you?
