I'll try to explain the best i can, so here i go:
In the begining there is this girlscout coming up to a house and she like disapears...
A family moves in a while later and the house is kinda like haunted but they figure out its there plumber or something like that and he lives in the attack and he like tries to kill them.
I know that is a horrible description but its the best i can do..

I believe I know. It is called Christina. It is a low budget flick that came out last year or the year before. Both the "Plumber" and the girl who lives in the house are small time actors but well know enough to star in a movie (I call it Dawson Creek Syndrome).
As I was watching the movie I kept expecting something to happen and when the movie ended I honest to god thought to myself "I can believe I wasted 80 min. of my life." But I am glad I could help!
Oh, and by the way.......Snvffy kinda sucks at helping out dosent he?Mabye he could get a life and learn a little bit about manners.
