Not typically, but if you are only a couple of weeks, then there is a slight chance that they could be wrong.

Blood tests are very accurate, however, in some women who continue to have periods during early pregnancy the results can show a false negative. This is due to the low level of HCG or pregnancy hormone.

Pregnant.. Unless you tested way to soon. But blood tests are usually 100 %
