Does anyone know any kind of program I can download that will allow me to enlarge a picture and make it more clear? It's kind of blurry... thank you!

I'll be honest with you, there isn't a good program that will completely fix a blurry picture. I know you didn't want to hear that but I've had many digital pics with motion that are just a tad bit too blurry and they aren't far off of being close to awesome. Very frustrating!!!
I have used Adobe Photoshop CS2 with a plug in called Alien Skin's Blow Up. It does a great job blowing up a picture without pix-elation but it won't fix blur.

Generaly the larger you attempt to blow it up the more grainy it becomes. A .Tiff formate picture is the best if you want to blow it up large and the more pixles the better.

Adobe Photoshop is the professional standard, though its not free, it is the best.
