how do you install&use a web cam im new to all this comp. stuff

I'm a computer expert.Ok., u ready? so go to ur control panel located by first clicking start, then settings, and then control panel. when ur on it then u go to add/remove hardware. go through the wizard. you might need to restart ur computer to turn it on. you can use ur cam in yahoo messenger. on my cam, I don't have to press an on button, it just depends on ur cam.

the web cam shuld have come with a install CD once u plug the web cam in and insert the disk install it and then u shuld be able to use it on your IM . good luck

You start by reading the manual you got with the cam! Being you have not provided what you have for a cam, this is about the best advice you can hope for!
