If you could invent a pill that would cure a sickness for good....?

What disease/sickness or condition would you wanna cure, and what cure would you choose for yourself?

For myself, a cure for mood swings and depression. For the world, Alzheimer's, all forms of cancer, AIDS of course, and Parkinson's Disease.

I would cure Aids and for myself a pill that would help me remember things .

I would invent a pill for Breast Cancer. My 2 cousins died from Breast Cancer. I would also try to cure something for MS, because another cousin of mine is suffering from MS, he has to spend the rest of his life in a wheel chair, because he lost all mobilization. I would try to cure HIV/AIDS also, because I knew 2 people who died from it.

As for myself, I would invent a pill (you may not want to hear this men) to take my "Monthly Friend" away and take the PMS (cramps) away.

i would make a pill that cure diabetics because my mom has that disease and i wouldn't choose a cure for myself.

I would invent a cure for cancer or AIDS for the world, and a cure for either lapses in sanity, or stupidity, for myself.

I would say cancer.

The main reason is that it has effected my family multiple times, and it's one of the worst diseases imaginable. There is a great deal of suffering that often comes with cancer, and the few methods of treatment available often result in serious side effects to the patient.

I would choose cancer and heart disease. These two run rampant in my dad and mom's families, so I would protect them.

I am adopted, so the only disease that is common in my biological family is alcoholism, so I am very aware and can combat that. My adoptive parents and their family are not so lucky.
