I really want to lose weight anyways, and my life is getting pretty stressful right now. Should I just say screw it, and run my *** off as much as I can? Will that even help?

Exercise does help. It is known to be a great aid for mild to moderate depression. It kicks those endorphins into high gear and the results of exercise also make you feel better about yourself.

By the way, I love your nickname on here - my ex-husband's name is richard and you nailed that one ;)

That's what I do and I've become quite the hot mama. One day I started working out to burn off frustration, then the next thing I knew clothes that hadn't fit in years were easy to get into. It's great revenge too because every time my ex sees me now he has to wipe the drool from the corner of his mouth, even when the new gf is around. But it's too late now dog boy! LOL
