no they dont have to be tall or really skinny! they can be kind of short

I know some people argue that not all models have to tall, but seriously, that's a one in a million chance that an agency will sign you. They are incredibly picky. So unless you meet the height requirements, forget about it and save yourself from all the "no's". But then again, if you REALLY want to model and aren't tall enough keep in mind that there are different kinds of modeling, each with different height requirments. I'm just going to name a few, I can't remember them all right now. High fashion is the pickiest, 5'8" (usually 5'9" but it depends) - 6'0". Then comes lingerie, (5'6"-6'0"), and catalog which I think is the same as lingerie. If you simply just haven't been blessed with height I guess you could try Juinor modeling. I think the requirments are like 5'3", but you have to look like a Juinor. On top of that, Modeling is not only about height, but porportions, your look. You have to have more leg than torso, and they don't like long torsos either. And perfect skin is a must. But if you want it bad, go for it. Just make sure you can face the rejection. This industry can be really nasty.

no they dont but if u want 2 do gown eveing u have 2 be tall i am afraid because my cuzin is short and they said u can model but not gown were so dont get mad be glad lol hehe

Of course not! you can be any height, any colour any sex. what models are meant to do anyway, is show off hairstyles and clothes. you go for it love.
