Well you have to keep in mind that most rappers come from the slum. Most rappers ascend out of the ghetto so they're not use to having nice things. Because of that fact I think it some how motivates them to exaggerat their desire for nice things. It's like a kid who never had candy. The first time it's availble to him he's gonna stuff his face, because he never had it before.

Most rappers are from the hood so there for when they get what they "earned" they would like for ppl to know that they are on top now!

I think it's because alot of the rappers out right now gre up poor and experienced poverty....now that they have money, they have no reservations about letting everybody know about it...

Before they were rapers a lot of them were livin in the ghetto and ridin the bus to work. Now their livin in mansions and drivin Bentley's. Id be proud too!

seems most like to flaunt what they never had before, being most have grown up with nothing and since making it big flaunt what ya got. I think it would be fun to see who really spends wisely, years from now who has what left?

cuz most of them used to be very poor and now that they have the money they want to let the world know how rich they are...too bad since it is a bad representation of what rich blacks are all about.
