Frankly I believe in assassination. I guess there's some convention against it or something. But golly, wouldn't that save a lot of lives just being able to go in and knock off the dude responsible for causing all the trouble, in this case Kim Jong Il? Also, the Bush administration should have been dealing with this looming threat from day one, diplomatically, instead of diverting precious attention and resources to an ill-considered war. To answer your question, no military action unless Kim Jong Il moves to attack South Korea, which I doubt he will. Exhaust all diplomatic avenues first, then move to sanctions and containment. Failing all else, military action should then be taken.

No way! Diplomacy is the only way to defuse this current crisis in North Korea. Any war levied against the Communist North will bring the Orient closer into a violent war, and that's something that has to be avoided at all costs.

That is a great idea lets try to muscle the whole world and see how far that gets us. We have already seen how much it cost to militarily impose our will how about we try talking.

We already failed to win one war in Korea. Why would we want to do that again? Do you read history?

Are you willing to go to war yourself? Or are you a coward?

We shouldn't do anything without the UN.

Nothing like starving your own people and funding nukes. (slapping forehead)
