I mailed a letter from house (NC) to my friend in Baghdad. He is a defense contractor. How long do you think it will take to get there? I sent it out tuesday of last week.

Well if you mailed it through the U.S. Postal service, to a U.S. Postal that is meant for an overseas address it could take up to about a month for him to get it. When I say U.S. Postal that is meant for an overseas adress I mean FPO, APO addresses. But yep it could take somewhere around a month.

Oh god, it can take weeks. My man went to France for a month and sent postcards to his family. They didn't get them til after he had been back for a week! It can take a REALLY long time. Hang in there!

it takes over than a month, i tried to send an letter to lebanon and it toke about a month and a half

possibly up to two weeks to arrive I sent friends mail and it took two weeks to arrive there
