doing a case were 18 year dold went to a concert and was injurded then in a month he died,, he got injured becuase all the fans were running the the stage and he also ran with them triped and got trampled,,, parnets are sueing the band for the death of their son

Why is it the bands fault because a bunch of idiots completely out of control did something they are not allowed to do, and one of them couldn't even keep his balance and his fellow idiots trampled him to death.
Sounds like a bunch of punk rockers. Dumber than dirt.
The band didn't cause his death, they didn't trample him and I bet they weren't playing a song with the lyrics saying charge the stage.
Sorry for the young mans death. But lets be real, this is another case of my kid broke all the rules and while committing an act of civil disobedience, paid with his life..
Now I want some one to pay me for raising him without any kind of manners or sense of proper conduct.
This case has the same Merritt's as the one where the fat boy was suing McDonald's cause their food made him fat.
If anyone is to be sued, it should be the Auditorium for not having adequate security to stop this mess.
In any case this is far from a first Amendment issue.

If we are going to have executive intervene, shall we have them intervene with everyone! Teach Religion in School? Sure Teach ALL of them, adding Atheism, or instruct none of them. Don't know whether you can blame the death on anyone. It certainly doesn't seem to have been the band's fault.

I would note, however, that you misspelled "dolt" in the second line of your question ("18 year dolt").
