Honestly, I would ask your doctor. I don't think anyone in here will be able to give you the answers you need.
Personally, I don't think you are pregnant. If you were pregnant, you would probably have morning sickness at the whole shibang. It may be that your body is changing (puberty) and that's why your periods are heavier? Again, you doc. is the best person to talk to (as well as your parents, or mom).
As far as the diaherra and stuff, you may have the stomach flu. Or food poisoning. And you'll know if you have food poisoning. When I had it, it was coming out both ends and I was completely delusional. And I got it on a school band trip to Missouri!!! When I got home, it was 10pm (dark) and I told my mom to close the curtains because it was too sunny out...so yea, if you are able to walk around, I wouldn't think you have that.
My guess: the flu, or maybe you ate something that didn't agree with you WITH the combination of cramps because your period is coming. If it were me, I would take some Tums or GasX or something and wait it out a day or two. If the stomach pains, gas, and diaherra don't go away soon, then I think it would be best to check with doc.

You are most likely not pregnant.....but if you are going to let guys touch you, you best know what is on their hands!
Do you have a fever? You many have something serious going on. Go to the doctor.
You may also have an ovarian cysts. They hurt like hell and can cause stomach issues.
Also women with endometriosis often get loose bowel movements and cramps with their periods.

I seriously doubt that you are pregnant. You might just be experiencing a stomach virus or some serious side effects of PMS. Diarhea and cramping are both common symptoms of PMS. If the problem persists, talk to your parent or guardian about it.

If you didn't have sex then you are not pregnant, more than likely its signs of pms, I know the body goes through a cleansing phase right before your cycle begins, I know from personal experience,
