Any handyman should be able to help you, if you can positively identify the location of the stink. A fiber-optic video cam could help for that. The drywall will have to be cut out, the "thing" removed, and then the drywall patched.

You could have a person come and do heat sensitive video imaging that can "see" the maggots on the rodent. It would probably cost you at least $300 plus the cost of removal and replacing the drywall.
