My last period was on October 6 (start date). I had sexual intercoarse on October 16 and my partner came inside of me twice. I am pretty regular, I usually get my period on average every 27 to 29 days. I am a bit concern because the date that I sexual intercoarse was supposedly the beginning of my ovulation/fertilization period! I know is to early to know but any advise/ suggestions would be helpful!

Yeah, It is early to be thinking about it, but its ok. Just wait a little longer and take a test. Better safe than sorry.
