I have been working for a computer learning center as a private contractor for the past 6 months. My contract has expired and I have a choice to either sign a new contract or become a regular employee of the company. Which way would be most advantageous for me?

Become an employee, get benefits, paid vacation time, and job security. Make sure that you negotiate the terms of your employment so that you don't get screwed though.

Depends. Does pay change? Do you have benefits as a private contractor? Would you get benefits as a regular employee? Does one option give you more flexibility as far as work schedule. So many things to consider.
