I hate to tell you this, but there is no painless way to lose your virginity. It's sounds to me like your hymen (also known as the "cherry" is still intact) and it's going to hurt like the dickens when you lose it.
To make it easier, you need to be relaxed. Make sure he uses a spermicidically lubricated latex condom. (The spermicide will give you an added protection against pregnancy and the lubrication will help him go in a little better. Latex will protect you from any diseases and pregnancy.) For added moisture, use extra lubrication (KY jelly--you can get it in your local grocery store or pharmacy. Never, EVER use vaseline or any petroleum-based jelly with condoms! It will make them burst.)
This will help to ease the pain, but it will hurt. Oh, and put towels down. When the hymen breaks, there will be a little bit of blood. Nothing to get too excited over, though.
Your boyfriend should also be sensitive and understanding about your pain/discomfort. It's going to be up to him to keep you relaxed and to offer reassurance. If he's not willing to do that, wait for someone who is.
Lastly, be certain you want to do this. Many ladies who have had sex before marriage tend to feel a sense of guilt and/or regret later. Make sure it is what you want. Don't do it for your boyfriend, don't do it because you want to fit in. I'm not going to sit here and tell you not to do it or to go ahead and do it. It's totally up to you. Just stay safe and if you decide to do it, enjoy it.

You need to be aroused enough, which also means being relaxed enough, for your muscles to allow entry. It's impossible that he's too big for you. Think about it - you're equipt to get a baby through there. You just gotta be relaxed as you can and it'll work out. If that takes more time then so be it. Even then, it's still gonna hurt a bit, and that's totally normal.

u could have a small opening in ur hymen (aka cherry) that is making it difficult to have sex. do lots of fingering to loosen things up an if that dunt work then u may have to have a doctor surgically widen it so u can have sex. it happens to alot of people. good luk grl.
