Can you pick up the items?
If so, leave them on her front door, with a note saying that you knocked on her door, but she was not home...so you left these for her.

Yes, this is a frustrating problem. Me? I would (under cover of darkness) haul her junk in front of her door with a note. Not a nasty note, but something that will get her attention. She's the one not being neighborly. You could always call the city and stage a complaint against her. Do you have a neighborhood constable? How about soliciting other neighbors to side with you and several of you can confront her? There's power in numbers. Good luck with this.

I would ask her why she put it on your property in the first place when she could have left it on her property for trash pick up if she still is so rude about it then get the police involved by filing a complaint against your neighbor.

That's just RUDE!!! What kind of person does that? Don't let her get away with that or she may be a pain from now on. Go down and ask her to remove the mess off of your property and if she does not then get a police citation against her for littering/dumping.

She needs to be told to remove her trash or you will notify the police. She can not use your trash service. I would have someone drag them back over to her side. She is the one not being neighborly. You need to draw the line as she is using you. Stand up to her now or it will get worse. 'Give them an inch and they take a mile'. So true.

Move it back to her property. That was really stupid, the excuse she gave you. She did not have your permission but still did it. SHE is the one not being neighborly.

I'd tell her to get it picked up off your property, or you will hire someone to do it and she will get the bill.
