Province...though we have 3 territories on top of our 10 provinces. By the way, PROVIDENCE is the capital city of Rhode Island, not what we call our regions.

Why would we want water from Canada?? We have PLEANTY of our own.. And if we did we would just come up and take it... So think its Awee-Bout time you pack Aeee... LOL And Canada STILL SUCK's
