A friend of mine, a doctor, hypnotised a 16 year old girl who "had a problem"
He took her back to her early childhood to find the cause of the problem.
He kept taking her back and back until she told him she was in a warm, loving, place, (her mother's womb)
He continued taking her back when she suddenly started talking in French. He could also speak French and had a conversation with her.
What made it very interesting is that there is normally quite a long gap between lives, but on this occasion it was only about 3 years.
He obtained names and addresses from her (including her own)
The following day he contacted these people in France and they agreed with every detail the girl had told him, including her age when she died, her address, what she died of, her children's and grand children's names, friends etc.
He contacted the girl and asked her if it would be alright if he made all of this public, and she said she would rather he didn't.
This happened about 30 years ago and this is the first time, that I'm aware of, that it has been mentioned by anyone.
Any other proof needed?

I believe in reincarnation, if only for the fact that some people seem "naturally" talented in things that they have had no experience of. How does one explain a child that is incredibly gifted in art/music etc if there is no genetic pre-disposition?
I believe that I have had many incarnations (I obviously keep getting sent back to learn something that I haven't quite grasped!)

I am an optimist so I believe anything is possible. I think the reincarnation can be linked to deja vu. Funny how you can remember being somewhere that you've never been. Has to be some link to a past life.

I have had my past lives read, so yes I do believe it. I know it's hard to believe that this can be done, but until you experience it you won't know. I asked a question about past life here in Yahoo and you can check out the answers, most people do believe they have lived in the past as someone else and some actually have had their past lives read. Past life reading is not past life regression. My past life was quite tragic, but to know that I am reincarnated into the current wonderful life, makes me value the present even more.

Well, some time ago I was very religious and did not believe. But now I have grown and have become more open minded. Seems to me this is the way a loving God would make things, that we have many chances to live and grow spiritually. This is the thing with extremely religious people they don't think outside their beliefs. I do believe and more than that, I know :) Peace :)

Yes it's possible and I have been and I believe that I'm at least 4 million years old! My soul is anyway, my chronological age for this lifetime is currently 23.

Yes it is possible and I believe very true. There are too many people with "de ja vue" and memories of places they have not been for it not to be true. I myself have always had dreams of another life and was told that when I was very little I used to tell my mom "My other mother would let me...." when I would get in trouble..........

Yes, as based on much study of various religious ideas... that is one that suits me.
Yes, and more than once as more than one type of creature.
Good for you on the last point, though I don't really think that's a question.

You can "believe" anything you want to, but there is no evidence of any kind that reincarnation is possible. And no, hynotic regression into "past lives" is not evidence.
