I make you all think of a genuine reason for your happiness, and make you happy by thinking about, even if just for a few seconds. It's very interesting to know what people search to be happy! :)

... of being myself, for to be myself for me is the experience of happiness. To be able to be myself under all circumstances and situations makes me feel happy. For when I am myself I realise that I have many things that I should be thankful for, and then there are many things that I can add to what I already have. When I am myself, I also realise that my sorrows are also genuinely mine that I should value most for they bring me closer to myself like nothing else. When I am myself, my mind becomes free like a bird; it sees farther as it soars higher. And then as my good heart beats in the joy of eternal belonging, it takes all things in my life in a familiar and warm embrace of acceptance. When I am my true self then no one is a stranger, and nothing in the world too far away.

My son and my partner. They are my whole world and bring me so much happiness. Without them then i probably wouldn't know the meaning of happiness ( soppy i know but true lol)
