You can either go to paint or that Manga Studio 3.0 program, but that isn't free. It costs a lot.

Find a free program, buy a program, or use paint. Tablets help if you arne't any good with a mouse. Also, basically to turn something into "chibi" form, you simply draw the entire body in low detail with a bit of chubbiness, then make the head about half the size of the body or more. =3 small hands and feet, yo!

Yes, I do! I love to draw all the time. Sadly, none of my pictures are uploaded. I draw pictures of Reika and Mayu from Goshūshō-sama Ninomiya-kun and the main 4 in Lucky Star. I draw characters from many other animes (mostly high school life that includes harem), but these are the main 2. I've watched Maid Sama! before, but I've never thought of drawing Misaki. I'll draw her in her maid suit next, so kawaii! Oh, and that is some nice artwork you have there! Keep drawing! EDIT: Oh, I almost forgot. I also draw a lot of artwork of the main 3 girls in Mayoi Neko Overrun!. You've probably never heard of it, nobody has, but you should check it out, it's great!
