In 1963, the engine you saw was probably a marine conversion of the Chevrolet 409 cubic inch truck engine. Duntov was a commercial brand of cam shafts and performance accessories, manufactured by Zora Arkus-Duntov, who was one of the engineers responsible for the high-performance development of the Corvette automobile.
