They're perverts and perverts ALWAYS have the best candy! Why, you ask? Well, Jimmy they're trying to lure small children that have been taught by their parents not to go with "strangers" unless they want their asses beat (at least that's how it was explained to me.) In essence if I was a child, to get in that car it would have to be a pretty damn excellent treat waiting for me in the backseat.
